NYC.PIE is a venture of Raj Rao, one of the most respected and seasoned veterans of the global Food and Beverage industry. His 30+ year career spans several of the most reputed global brands including Doubletree, Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton and The Oberoi.

In 2002, Raj Rao was among the final 8 F&B professionals shortlisted from a pool of 276 candidates for the position of Food & Beverage Director at The White House in Washington D.C., USA.

Before turning into an entrepreneur, Raj headed the F&B division at The Oberoi, New Delhi where he helped launch the landmark restaurant, Threesixty. He was also the General Manager of The Ananda In The Himalayas.
